Dalhousie University Killam Predoctoral Scholarship Awards, Canada 2022-23 [Partial Funded]

Scholarship Description:

The Dalhousie University Killam Predoctoral Scholarship Awards in Canada for the 2022/23 session is now opened for international students. The scholarship program is available for students who wish to further their education in Post Doctorate or Masters level program(s) in the field of all subjects taught at Dalhousie University.

Degree Level:

The Dalhousie University Killam Predoctoral Scholarship Awards in Canada for the 2022/23 session is opened to Post Doctorate or Masters’s level at the Dalhousie University in Canada.

Available Subjects:

All subjects offered at the University.

Scholarship Benefits:

Students who are eligible will be awarded the scholarship in the following manner:

  • Master’s (Level 1) shall be offered the following;
    • $6666.66 per term
    • ITF (international students)
    • Students will be offered relocation allowance (if applicable)
  • Doctoral (Level 2) shall be offered the following;
    • $10000 per term
    • They will receive the president’s award in the space of 2 years
    • Students will be offered relocation allowance (if applicable)

All Nationalities are eligible for this scholarship award

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The Killam Predoctoral Scholarship Awards is opened to both Canadian and international students
  • Applicants must have also applied for funding from reputable provincial, national or international agencies. If an applicant is from Canada, he/she should apply for funding from agencies like NSHRF, NSERC, CIHR, NSGS, and SSHRC, etc, as significant to their discipline.
  • In the space of two (2) years, the Killam Predoctoral Scholarship holders must be eligible to receive scholarship support
  • Those who have been selected must claim their scholarship award as early as possible so that in-program awardees at the doctoral level will initiate their award on the 1st of May.

Application Procedure:

Applicants can proceed to complete their graduate online application or print. After you are done with that, applicants can proceed to complete their application form.

  • other supplementary documentation.

Admission Requirements

Interested Students must have the following:

  • Must have completed their 4-year Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
  • Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 in the last 60 credit hours of study
  • Degree must come from a recognized University
